Ding dong, post is there! But is the parcel really meant for you? This question must not be asked at all if you are working with our systems. Because by enveloping and preparing for dispatch of cards, passes and other high-security documents, a permanent comparison with a database ensures that only those products and documents which pass all the quality controls and are marked with the correct receiver information are released for dispatch.

In the case of dispatching cards, this means for example that from the feeding of the product onto a carrier or the enveloping of the cover letter or any other optional sorting routine, it is ensured in every step of the processing that all products and their information belong correctly together.

For ID documents and passes it is guaranteed that the products reach their determined destinations surely and without error, regardless of whether they are sent directly to their recipient or indirectly to a central station or government office.

Furthermore, selected documents and products can be gathered together and included in dispatches during the sorting process. Within a single job lot, and with the support of the database, individual contents can be prepared for individual shipments. Whether delivery notes, invoices, policies, terms and conditions, or advertising flyers – every recipient receives only that material which is meant for him personally.

In preparation for dispatch, we envelope and pack documents and products in a variety of appropriate mailing bags, boxes, cartons, parcels, and packages.
